Beskrivelse

The AHP series in-line air heaters are used to heat clean, dry air or gas for baking, drying, laminating, metal working, packaging, plastic welding, preheating, sealing, soldering, shrink fitting and synthetic fabric sewing. AHP series air process heaters provide hot air and gas up to 540°C with infinite control by varying the voltage and/or the air flow. Closed loop control can also be achieved with a suitable controller and temperature sensor. An optional "T" fitting is available for the AHP-7562 model, for mounting thermocouple or Pt100 sensors.

To calculate power required use: P = F x T/47.2
Where:
P = Power in Watts
F = Air flow in litres/minute
T = Temperature rise in °C from inlet to outlet

made heater.
